Lincoln Street Diner in Itdaca

The best thing about Lincoln Diner is Chris, Jack of all, owner who greats all regulars by name and favorite coffee mug is delivered to table prior to order taken. Chris makes everyone feel welcome. Breakfast is always delicious. Chris knows how to poach eggs in cast iron griddle pan while taking orders and delivering orders to table. The poach is always just right, even soft poach, with lightly buttered rye toast. I highly recommend this diner for good food, a charming host and great atmosphere.

One of the most entertaining dining experiences of my life. Our waitress was sassy, sarcastic, and absolutely hilarious. A wonderful departure from the norm these days. Great food, great atmosphere, and I highly, highly recommend getting there if you can.

A diner with attitude, Star Wars, and sarcasm. Great food. Tiny location. I had eggs, bagel, and cream cheese. Grandson had a breakfast sandwich. He inhaled it. Good coffee. Their sarcasm will be apparent if you try to negotiate the menu. I love eating here.

Jolie is always great! Food is amazing, as usual. Best little spot in town for breakfast. Everyone is super friendly and it really feels like home there. Definitely stop in if you haven't already.

Great diner to check out! I got to the dimer about 5 mins of closing and they still greeted me with joy and took time to make me a plate of delicious sloppy Joe and potato salad! I highly recommend!

After reading a couple reviews about this place being quick and having good food I was hungry and ready to try it. I walked in, sat at the counter, the cook took my order and I had my 2 eggs over easy, hash browns, toast, sausage & blueberry pancake within minutes. Blueberry pancake tasted awesome! Everything was great. Definitely recommend!

Great place for breakfast just off the beaten path. You wouldn't know it was there if you weren't looking for it. Friendly people and warm atmosphere.

This is exactly what I want from a local diner. Great food and for once good coffee. All the local men hanging out and talking with banter back and forth from the cook/owner and long time patrons. Everybody knows everyone's name and the service is met with a kind smile. You have to grab breakfast here if you're in town.

Favorite Saturday breakfast place. The specials are always amazing. It can get really busy and the place is not big, but it is worth the wait. A must see if you're in Ithaca

This is a hole in the wall diner. Hours are limited, but it is probably the best diner in town. Everything I have had here has been outstanding. No complaints, friendly and fast service. Coffee and home fries are included with every meal.

Very good breakfast, as long as you get a seat! They're busy for a reason, though, so be patient! Food comes quick and it's worth it.

Very cozy, and great atmosphere. Best breakfast and service we've had in a very long time! Perfect home fries, fresh bagel for the sandwich, and excellent steaming hot coffee. Owner and server were welcoming and didn't rush us even though we took a long time to eat w/ kids and our grandmother. Highly recommended!

The staff used standing character cardboards to keep customers in social distance which was creative and interesting.The options on their menu are not super various but enough for a decent brunch & breakfast. We had Western Omelet, French toast and unlimited coffee with reasonable price and great portion.The food is overall delicious, especially the omelette. We love the omelette, which was well-cooked and kept the texture moist. The French Toast was simply tasty but kind of dry.

Amazing food and fun staff

Thee best breakfast in town hands down. I challenge you to find a cook in town who can make eggs this perfect. I mean picture perfect eggs. And fantastic price too, if you're down for diner food. This is the only place to go!

Great dinner with better food! A real town place so expect to hear some drama! Very personal with the chef clearly visible right behind the bar while perfectly frying the bacon! A nerdy yet rustic vibe makes you feel like you're in "life is strange"(a videogame I love)

A nice little neighborhood diner. Not much on decor but the food is good and the staff is very friendly. Try the Ziffy omelet - ham, bacon, peppers and cheese! Very tasty!

I love this place, simple, matter of fact, perfectly prepared breakfast. They served lunch also. The service was particularly wonderful. One, seemingly superhuman waitress, served the whole restaurant, and did the work of a whole team. We had our breakfasts much better and faster than if we had, had a myriad of servants. The seating was a little cramped because it was filled to capacity yet nevertheless gave a intimated cozy vibe. I highly recommend what's some referred to as LSD (Lincoln Street Diner that is)

Great food, and very nice service! The corned beef and hash was my favorite item. It was extremely busy that day, but the staff kept their cool and were able to see us as quickly as possible.
